Hyderabadi Chatkhara may not be the most perfect hangout spot, however one who is on a limited pay scale and searching for a place for some light refreshment (paisa halal), then this place might be the answer.
Located in the Islamabad F-10 Markaz, which is one of the busiest shopping areas of the region. A small eating area, the place offers variety of snacks, which mainly includes chaats, gol gappay, roll parathas and Thali – all very Hyderabadi style.
Their specialty is their paapri chaat and thali ( a desi platter sort of a dish), however, bhel puri is also yummy and spicy. The Hyderadadi Biryani not as tasty as their other items, however, considering the price, I would rate it fair. All the chats are also reasonably priced and it is quite fulfilling.
The dine in area is clean and the utilization of a small eating area is done well, and the environment is a comfort when one considers the location. The staff is also well mannered, with uniformity in their dress-up and cleanliness of their waiters is also appreciated. An LCD is also placed in front so one can enjoy watching some sports game, while having his food.
As it is located in one of the busiest centers, one can also easily do some window shopping. If you are in a mood to buy something, then this area probably offers everything in that respect. Also the parking is also no issue and if you are not a really dine in person, they you can easily sit in your car and order anything.
To further clarify my point, it is basically offers the same sort of menu as the Lahore Chatkhara – much more renowned snack area to the Pakistani people. So if you are in town and want to taste some spicy filled- chatkharadar food at a low price, then try out Hyderabadi Chatkhara- you surely will want to visit it again.
