Gear of War strikes back with the 3rd campaign

Epic Games has finally come out with another of their instalments for the famed third-person sci-fi shooter game, Gears of War 3 – which has already gone viral amongst the Xbox360 and Playstation 3 users.

The 3^rd campaign has already hit shelves for some weeks now, and yet again Epic Games has managed to earn respect of their audience, especially after bringing in some significant changes, as well as updates to the game, making the whole experience
a lot more pragmatic and exciting.

Gear of War 1 came out with a shorter squad, built on the some of the star characters of the game, including Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago, all thrust into the middle of a war zone.

As for the second version, the whole experience is hyped up with the addition of the Locust war machine, but having said that, for the latest release, Gears of War 3 comes out with a mixture of all the above including some thrilling twists to the whole theme.

Hence Gears 3 does not only include the last of humanity fighting against the Locust tribe, but this time added in with another enemy – the Lambent and all such experience is stretched over a total of six to eight hours of campaign, all engaging the imposing
Delta Squad with a surprisingly new addition to it for the cause.

However, with a fair brutality to the previous versions, this one comes out with another twist to it such as a Locust soldier ripping the arms of his opponent and beating him to death with them!

One the other hand, for the battle scenarios, the set-up ranges from small, close quarters in abandoned towns to an all out defence of a fort.

However, it would be best to leave the rest to game players’ experience since Gears of War 3 has already scored the pinnacle amongst the newest releases – but it is yet to be seen how Modern Warfare 3 would do when its release is scheduled around the corner.
