Surviving the one-sided love story (Part 2)

Part 2

To cope with a broken heart, it is wise to keep oneself in company of others and if that is not possible then busy oneself by indulging in some activity such as reading a novel, watching a film, playing video games or helping with the household chores. This
helps to keep the mind off the source of depression and directs our attention to the current activity.

Outdoor activities are a perfect way of getting over the gloom of a broken heart. Early morning walks, jogging and exercise really refreshes our mind and allows us to see our problems with a much more optimism. A tired and confused mind only serves to make
the problem even more serious and forces us to make the wrong decisions.

When a girl refuses to return our love, then rather than wasting our tears for her, we should spend the time to search for the right person. We often fall under an impression that there is nobody more beautiful, sweeter and nicer than our existing beloved.
The fact is the world is full of pretty girls who possess an outstanding personality and appealing nature. One of these girls is made especially for you. She would neither hurt you nor make you cry. You won’t be scared of dreaming, nor would you be frightened
of your future. She would not strip you of confidence and lead you into gloom. She would not make fun of the way you walk or mock the way you talk. Instead, she would readily accept you and love you the way you deserved to be loved. She would appreciate you
for what you are and stand by you when the entire world turns their back on you.

Women who have found themselves unsuccessful in love so far need not to worry either as their prince charming is waiting for them somewhere, all set to sweep them off their feet. Becoming desperate and impatient only creates an opportunity for the scoundrels
to exploit you. If you have been hurt by someone, don’t give them any satisfaction by showing that you care. Let them think that they never mattered and while this would initially feel forceful in the beginning, somewhere down the road you’ll actually start
realising that the particular person did not really matter after all.

People who drop down on the ground after a heart-break only delay the destined meeting with their soul mates. Someone out there is waiting for you, waiting to be found. You owe that person your love so don’t stop looking and while you may stumble on the
way, simply pick yourself up, brush off the dust and keep walking towards that person. The long and hard journey would definitely be worth it. Trust me!
