Imran Khan claims Sharif brothers are a ‘product of establishment’

Imran Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, has delivered another bouncer at the Sharif brothers Nawaz and Shahbaz saying that they were a ‘product of establishment.’

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has made different claims regarding Imran being supported by the establishment, but the latter claimed that it is the other way round in reality.

According to the PTI chief, “A case is already pending in courts against the PML-N’s top leaders over taking money from the establishment. The federal and Punjab governments have failed at every front and therefore there is no need for the establishment
to hatch conspiracies against them.”

The former cricketer has been at loggerheads with PML-N leadership and had claimed that they feared his party. He further added that in case of free and fair elections, the corrupt politicians will not stand a chance against PTI.

As per the recent surveys conducted in the country, Imran is the most popular leader amongst all by a huge margin. He has made many claims of leading Pakistan out of crisis if a proper chance is given to him in the future.

Even though he believes that mid-term elections will not be ideal for his party, he still wants this to happen in order to save Pakistan from the corrupt politicians.

During his rally in Lahore, Imran stressed, “All politicians should declare their assets. PTI is forming a special cell to probe foreign assets owned by politicians. We will go to the Supreme Court, will for an independent Election Commission, if politicians
do not declare their assets. We will run a civil disobedience movement if they do not declare their assets.”

PML-N has always been alleged of being running after power, as they have a history of joining hands with the opposition in order to come into rule.

Nawaz was an ally of military dictator Zia-ul-Haq, but now curses him because of the damage he caused to the nation.

Similarly, he joined hands with the Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain in the nineties, but then turned against him and finally he did the same with PPP.

However, with the dominance of Imran Khan, PML-N seems to be without any options now and their next step will be to try and join hands with PTI.
