Hangover 3 currently being scripted, reveals Bradley Cooper

Actor Bradley Cooper has revealed that the third series of hit movie ‘Hangover’ is currently in scripting and could be ready for release by next year. The American stated that he is looking forward to the third outing of the movie
and would love to team up again with the same old team to shoot for the film. He further added that it could well be the last part of the series as it was originally planned as a trilogy.

Hangover became an instant hit with the youth as it got a sensational $44 million opening weekend and went on to make $277 million domestically. The second outing was even better as it debuted at number one on the US Box office
Charts with an $85 million in the first weekend.

Cooper insisted that he is already missing the trio and wants to start filming for the movie as soon as possible. He revealed that Todd Phillips, who has been involved in Production, Direction and Writing of the two parts, is working
on the script of the third instalment and there will be talk about shooting after that.

“I missed him. I was very [much] looking forward to playing him the second time. And I would like to play him again. Todd’s working on the story now, and then we’re going to talk about it. I hope the other guys jump on board. Because
I want to do it,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.

The ‘Limitless’ star admitted that the storyline would be different this time around and added that the movie will most certainly be filmed in Los Angeles.

“It won’t be the same format. It’ll be the third movie, it’ll be the end and they’ll make it a trilogy and it’ll be done, boom. I think it’ll take place in Los Angeles and maybe not adhere to the structure. It might be different,”
he concluded.

The Hangover series has so far grossed more than $1 billion worldwide and has been a huge success. The third part is likely to be the highest grossing of all three as it will be filmed at a high budget and with an ensemble star
cast.
