Hollywood star Michelle Yeoh wants to work with Aamir Khan

Hollywood star, Michelle Yeoh, who is more commonly known as Bond girl, has revealed she wants to work with Bollywood’s superstar, Aamir Khan, who she has met before.

Yeoh told the media she would love to work with Aamir Khan, if she ever gets a chance.

“I like Aamir’s work. Some time back, we had met in London. Given a chance, I would love to work with him. It would be fun,” she says.

Michelle Yeoh is best known for her performances in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) and Memories of a Geisha (2005), as all these movies won an Oscar award. However, not many out there know that
Yeoh was motivated to step into the Hollywood movies due to Bollywood.

Bollywood movies are watched in over 100 countries all over the world and Malaysia is one of these countries.

Yeoh stated she grew up watching Bollywood movies and Indian cinema has a great place in her heart.

“I grew up in Malaysia, and Bollywood is really big there. As a result, I’ve grown up watching a lot of Hindi movies,” says Michelle with a smile.

“In fact, I know a lot of Indian stars. We (in the family) were big cinema buffs, so Bollywood movies were always watched.”

In the end coming back to the business Michelle Yeoh once again showed the media how impressed she is by Aamir Khan.

“When I started my career, during the action sequences, I would usually utter Dhishum Dhishum and it was a lot of fun,” she laughs, adding that she is really impressed by Aamir Khan’s movies.

The 46-year-old Amir Khan, who is an Indian film actor, director and producer, is one of the leading actors of Hindi cinema. He is currently working on his much-anticipated movie ‘Talaash’, which is due
to release in the cinemas worldwide on June 1, 2012.

Aamir doesn’t like doing many movies but still let’s see how Aamir responds to Michelle Yeoh, as his appearance with Yeoh will certainly make a lot of people flock to the cinemas.
