Making an effort for a human cause has always been appreciated by many. From general public to head of states, everyone knows how acknowledgements should be specified to a contributor who made its little input towards a greater cause which
involves direct or indirect participation in a concern that has caused millions for different set of reasons.

On Wednesday, the World witnessed a whooping amount of 11.5 million from tech giant Google as that will serve in a coalition fight against modern day slavery that has torn apart a whole set of generations from America to Europe and from Asia to Africa.

Jacquelline Fuller, who is a director of charitable giving and advocacy for Google said with explaining all the details, “Many people are surprised to learn there are more people trapped in slavery today than any time in history, the good news is that there
are solutions. Each year we focus some of our annual giving on meeting direct human need, Google chose to spotlight the issue of slavery this year because there is nothing more fundamental than freedom.”

Gary A. Haugen, president of the International Justice Mission said on the occurrence, “It’s hard for most Americans to believe that slavery and human trafficking are still massive problems in our world, Google’s support now makes it possible for IJM to
join forces with two other leading organizations so we can bring to bear our unique strengths in a united front.”

Bradley Myles, executive director of Polaris Project, who said with great energy about Google’s contribution towards an effort for well being of troubled humans.

He said,Whether it’s by calling the national human trafficking hotline, sending a letter to their senator, or using online advocacy tools, millions of Americans will be able to use their voices to ensure that ending this problem becomes
a top priority.”

Today, even in this 21st century, millions of people around the world are still living in repression, doing labour in fields and factories under pitiless conditions while their employers threaten them with brutality if they tried to flee.

These forced labour and horrifying working environments suggest modern-day slavery which currently is a billion-dollar industry around the globe while this donation from Google will undoubtedly formulate things more constructive for the people and different
organizations who are fighting against to end this practice.
