Galaxy Nexus, simpler and more integrated

Apple has introduced their latest iPhone 4S on October 4th. However Google, the search engine, teamed up with Samsung, reacted quickly to it and launched Galaxy Nexus on March 19.

Samsung and Google have tried to resolve some of the weaknesses in apple’s application because the the new iPhone was in some ways disappointing, may be because of its unique design.

It is true that the Cupertino phone has now improved the graphics processor and renewed the camera and the Galaxy lacks the megapixels but in contrast, the video recording among them is very similar. It Includes options such as
panorama shots, invites upload images to YouTube, Twitter or Facebook, as they do.

Its true performance can be felt at once. Just give the username and password to integrate Google in less than a minute (in part depends on the quality of the connection used). Popularly known as Android 4.0, Google’s operating
system for the first time unifies both phones as tablets.

But if you are a frequent user and take out your mobile every 30 seconds out of your pockets, you might get in trouble as its battery is not the strongest one and would hardly support your cause away from the plug in a day.

Like its predecessor it has a curved touch screen of 4.65 inches. At the bottom there are no buttons. Both the shortcut to start and the menu are open, leaving the finger on the bottom of the screen. An elegant solution, but may
mislead those who have not previously used an Android.

There are many improvements as compared to the previous version. They kept the widgets, small programs that run on the desktop to provide news. For example, accessing Twitter or to watch the weather forecast. The transition
from one application to another is more fluid. The keyboard has become, fortunately, more intuitive. If you prefer, you can dictate emails, SMS or searches.

Perhaps the most futuristic application, which surprises the curious, is it’s facial recognition application to unlock your phone. Once it recognizes yourself, it allows you to use the device properly.

However, Apple’s competitors have decided to compete a little on the price of the iPhone. Instead of proposing something significantly lower, the Korean company prefers to place it at 649 Euros.
