Nude FHM star Veena Malik: I will not strip off for either Hollywood or Bollywood

The Pakistani actress, Veena Malik, who recently caused a storm in her country by appearing ‘nude’ on the cover of FHM in India, is now insisting that her culture is the most important thing for her.

The controversial queen, Veena Malik, is known best for making headlines due to her cheap stunts. She was recently found saying in one of her interviews with Gulf News that she will not mind doing what would be expected from her in the Hollywood industry.

However, now the actress, who stated she can even go nude for Hollywood, has recanted her statement by saying she would never strip for any industry.

Veena, who is currently in India to participate in her film ‘Zindagi 50-50’, accused the media for creating rift among her fans. The actress stated that she is just like everyone else in the industry but media always tries to focus her.

“I would never strip for any industry, these are absolutely silly comments coming from the press and media and mostly,” she explained.

“It upsets me and my fans. I’m an actress and everyone in this industry is doing what the role requires. I will act according to my role needed but this doesn’t mean I forget my values.”

In the end Malik revealed there are many international publications who want her to do a bold photo shoot for them but she has decided not to do anymore.

“I have three films out this year, plus Swayamvar and other projects. I have had many offers from international publications which require a bold shoot which we have refused. I have my principles in work and only do [projects] which suit my personality and style,” she added.

Veena Malik, who is also a model and a comedienne, is certainly one of the most controversial celebrities at present. She has always remained under much discussion, especially in India. Nevertheless, it’s good that this time the actress didn’t take much time to respond to the accusations.
