Shahrukh Khan admits his kids were getting affected by the media reports

The King of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, recently locked many headlines due to his ugly brawl with Farah Khan’s husband Shirish Kunder that occurred at Sunjay and Manyata Dutt’s party. Though now both stars seem to be in a better place as they called a truce on Tuesday, SRK has admitted the reportage on the incident was affecting his kids.

If reports are to be believed, Shahrukh Khan allegedly slapped and abused the scriptwriter/director, Shirish Kunder, for his misbehaviour at the party, which was thrown by Sunjay Dutt in order to celebrate the stupendous success of his film ‘Agneepath’.

“Lots of things are being said about my life in news channels but the stuff which you put up in the channels are not the whole truth. This is embarrassing at times as I have a 14-year-old son and an 11-and-a-half year old daughter,” said Shah Rukh, who was in Kolkata to address a programme.

However, yesterday when King Khan was asked whether if he really had a fight with Shirish the superstar categorically refused to give an answer.

“Bollywood stories are presented in a larger than life way… I have read the headlines. Yeah, some of them have not happened and some of them might have happened, but I would like to keep it to myself,” he remarked.

“Did I tell you that there was a fight… no… so I will not tell anything about the patch up also,” Shah Rukh told reporters at a pre-nuptial ceremony of Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza.

The 46-year-old Bollywood Baadshah also remained under a lot of discussion last year due to the rumours about his alleged affair with his ‘Don 2’ co-star Priyanka Chopra. Sources also claimed that even Gauri Khan started having fights with Shahrukh due to the rumours, which were revolving around him. Maybe this is the reason why Khan doesn’t want to reveal much in front of the media now.

Well, like they say, all’s well that ends well. SRK and Kunder are once again friends now, thanks to Gauri Khan since she played a major role in resolving the issues.
