‘Raaz 3’ is a blockbuster in the making: Mahesh Bhatt

Mahesh Bhatt, who is one of the leading Indian producers, is currently looking forward to the 3D horror film ‘Raaz 3’ and he is pretty confident that the film will fetch their production house a lot of money.

Previously ‘Raaz’ and ‘Raaz 2’ did an excellent business at the Box Office. However, Bhatt reckons ‘Raaz 3’, which is expected to hit the cinemas in July this year, will be highest grosser for them.

“Today, a decade ago ‘Raaz’ hit the silver screen and created history. Today, we shoot the interval scene of ‘Raaz 3’. This film is a blockbuster,” the 63-year-old tweeted.

Meanwhile, Mukesh Bhatt, who is co-producing the film with Mahesh Bhatt, shared his thoughts with the media as well. Mukesh also insisted that he is sure ‘Raaz 3’ will break all of the record, which the movies from their production house have made so far.

“‘Raaz 3’ is what can be termed as the ‘Horror of the hearts’. It is a completely new story, a romantic one at that, which would surprise and shock you. Yet again the legacy of Vishesh Films would continue with newcomers giving some great music to the film. I am sure it would break all records that films coming from our production house have created so far,” says Mukesh Bhatt.

‘Raaz 3’, which is a sequel to the 2009 release ‘Raaz – The Mystery Continues’, is being directed by Vikram Bhatt and the film will feature Emraan Hashmi, Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta in the lead roles. Emraan Hashmi, who previously has given Bhatts blockbuster hits like ‘Murder’, ‘Murder 2’ and ‘Jannat’, is making a comeback in the Bhatt camp after a long time and the producers are expecting much from him this time.

Bhatt stressed with the presence of Emraan Hashmi they are confident that both ‘Jannat 2’ and ‘Raaz 3’ will stick gold at the Indian Box Office.

He said, “Now we are confident that ‘Jannat 2’ will break ‘Murder 2’ record while ‘Raaz 3’ would cross even that.”

Well, all said and done, let’s see if the film really proves to be a treat for the audiences.
