Apple, in addition to its twenty disputes with Samsung, HTC has cross-claimed Motorola. eBay filed agianst Google for alleged patent violation on the Wallet mobile payment system.

Kodak has opened lawsuits against Apple and HTC in a way to raise revenues after it filed for bankruptcy earlier this month. Microsoft aims at Barnes and Noble for its reader called Nook and has reached agreements with several manufacturers who use Android, Google’s mobile operating system. The OS received payments for the use of his patents. Motorola has opened a dispute in Germany against Apple and Oracle and Google are in a great battle for patents themselves.
