Bobby Darling: Veena Malik and I have a great comfort level

The drama queen of Pakistan, Veena Malik, recently celebrated her 25^th birthday on February 26 in Mumbai but once again the actress has landed in the middle of a controversy after she allegedly locked lips with the Indian actor, Bobby Darling, who is her co-star in her upcoming Bollywood debut film ‘Daal Mein Kucch Kaala Hai’.

However, when Bobby was asked whether if there is something special going on, the actor replied by saying ‘NO’. Bobby insisted she always kisses Veena and they have a pretty good chemistry.

Bobby clarified: “Veena Malik and I have worked together in Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai and we became good friends during the shoot. Even when I went to Pakistan, we met and spent time together. We have a great comfort level, hence Veena and I always kiss each other whenever we meet.”

Bobby added, “See, Veena and I are certainly not in love! Of course, she is one helluva hot chick and both of us have a lot of similarities. Like me, she is extremely bold and speaks her mind and both of us have lived life on our own terms. So, we gel well, but I am very single and there’s nothing brewing between us!”

Bobby, in the meanwhile, mentioned Rahul Gandhi’s name. She said someone like Rahul would be her ideal guy since she thinks he is very mature and decent.

In a statement Veena Malik, who rose to fame during her stint in the ‘Bigg Boss – 4’ house’, also clarified things by saying that it was just a tap on the lips and not really a proper French kiss. The actress further added that she is good friend of Bobby and this sort of a thing always happens whenever she meets her friends.

Veena Malik is currently participating in Hemant Madhukar’s upcoming 3D horror film ‘Mumbai 125 Km’, which is scheduled to hit the cinemas in May. Apart from ‘Mumbai 125 Km’, she will be seen in the three more films this year, ‘Daal Mein Kuch Kala Hai’, ‘Zindagi 50/50’, ‘All U Need… LOVE’ and ‘Mr. Money’.
