Peshawar: (Tuesday, March 13, 2012) Two drone attacks today here in South Waziristan targeting two different areas left 15 people killed.

Drey Nishtar was the first to be attacked where an unmanned aircraft fired a missile on a vehicle in result of which about eight people died on the spot.

In another similar incident where a drone hit in Shawal area of South Waziristan seven people diad.

Although Pakistan has been long publicly opposing the US drone strikes by saying that they had only proved to be counterproductive, but they continue to hit the innocent people even today.

Since November last year, the relations between US and Pakistan dipped to a new low when US cross border raid rendered 26 Pakistani soldiers dead.

In retaliation, Pakistan closed the NATO supply routes and Pakistan government got the Shamsi Airbase vacated which has been used in the past for launching drone attacks.
