Dino Morea says don’t call Sunny Leone a ‘porn star’

The Indo-Canadian adult movie star, Sunny Leone, is a household name in India at this point in time and this is obviously due to her profession but the Indian actor, Dino Morea, has urged people not to call her a porn star because he believes she doesn’t deserve this tag.

Morea, who was last seen in Varun Sanghvi and Siddharth Singh’s film ‘Pyaar Impossible (2010)’, is now going to be seen in his new role as that of a producer.

Morea is currently co-producing ‘Jism 2’ along with Pooja Bhatt. The movie will feature Leone as the female and therefore it has created a lot of buzz among the audiences. However, Morea reckons people should not look down upon Leone just because she is a porn star.

The actor-turned-producer insisted that Leone has grown up in a country where pornography is legal so there is nothing wrong if she became a porn star.

Talking to a leading daily during an interview, Morea said, “Sunny Leone is much talked about for her casting in Jism 2. I don`t understand what`s the hoopla all about? That she was a porn-star?”

Defending Sunny’s past profession, Morea said, “But she has not done anything wrong – porn is legal in the country she hails from. Keep that tag away from her.”

Leone, who rose to fame during her stint in one of the most possessed Indian reality TV shows ‘Bigg Boss 5’, always wanted to be a part of the Bollywood industry and in order to make her debut impressive, the actor is working day in and day out.

“She is a fantastic and beautiful person. She is so endearing that anybody can fall in love with her. She is rehearsing for her role and is working hard to settle in Bollywood(sic),” Dino said.

‘Jism 2’ is a sequel to the 2003 hit film ‘Jism’, which starred Bipasha Basu and John Abraham in the lead roles.

Let’s see if Sunny Leone matches Bipasha’s standard in ‘Jism 2’, which will featured Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh as the male leads.
