Karachi Police recovers heavy weapons
Karachi: (Thursday, April 12, 2012) Police, during a search operation, has recovered heavy weaponry from a house in the Mochkow area of Karachi.
According to senior superintend police, the search operation was conducted on a tip off which led the police to recover loads of ammunition including hundreds of hand-grenade, fifteen rocket-launchers, an anti-aircraft gun, shells,
rockets and rockt-propelled grenades.
It is pertinent to mention that the site where the arms were cached borders on sensitive military installation nearby.
