If you want to kiss Emraan Hashmi… please be my guest: Esha Gupta

The model-turned-actor Esha Gupta is all set for her Bollywood ride with Mahesh Bhatt’s much-anticipated upcoming film ‘Jannat 2’, which is a sequel to the 2008 flick Jannat. In the movie Gupta will be featured in a lead role opposite to Emraan Hashmi and since she has performed some steamy scenes with Hashmi, she is locking many headlines in the country.  

“Yes, there are few kissing scenes in Jannat 2, but we have shown love between husband and wife, it is not like some wild animals making out,” she giggles.

However, when asked, Gupta said she didn’t enjoy kissing Emraan at all. The bold, brazen and beautiful, Gupta told the media that she had almost twenty people standing around her when she kissed Emraan and everyone was instructing her.

The 23-year-old, who lifted the Miss India International title in 2007, in the meantime, insisted that if anyone likes to do so she can be her guest.

She continues, “During the shot the crew members kept telling me… ‘C’mon breathe, breathe…’ It is so technical when you do it, with the instructions coming – ‘Ok, your head on right, face on left…now your hand is too up…I was like – let’s get over it fast, and trust me it is not interesting at all. If someone told me, ‘Wow! You kissed Emraan Hashmi, I would say…(raising her voice) “Ya, and if you want to kiss Emraan Hashmi in front of 20 people, go ahead…please be my guest, I am fine…” says Esha, who will be seen in a deglamourised avatar in Jannat 2.

Well, all said and done, Mahesh Bhatt has produced many successful stars in the Indian film industry and now it looks as if Gupta is also going to join the list.

Apart from ‘Jannat 2’, Gupta will be seen along with Emraan Hashmi in ‘Raaz 3’, which is also being directed by Mahesh Bhatt. Meanwhile, she is participating in Priyadarshan’s forthcoming film ‘Tezz’ as well.

‘Jannat 2’ has created much hype among the audiences but let’s see if Esha Gupta lives up to everyone’s expectations.
