Court Rejects Musa Gilani’s plea against arrest warrants
Rawalpindi: (Monday, June 25, 2012) An Additional Session Judge of Rawalpindi district courts has rejected Pakistan Peoples Party MNA and son of the former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Ali Musa Gilani’s plea against arrest
warrants issued in the Ephedrine case.
Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) had got arrest warrants for Ali Musa Gilani and Makhdoon Shahabuddin from Rawalpindi Magistrate court in ephedrine case last week.
Following his case, Makhdoom Shahabuddin has got bail orders from Peshawar High Court.
