Bugti Murder Case: court issues arrest warrants for Musharraf

Sibbi: (Wednesday, July 11, 2012) Hearing Akbar Bugti murder case here today, an anti-terrorism court has issued arrest warrants for the former President Pervaiz Musharraf and former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz.

For playing their role in different capacities for Bugti’s murder, the court also issued arrest warrants for former minister for interior Aftab Sherpao, former Governor Balochistan Owais Ahmed Ghani, former Chief Minister Balochistan
Jam Yousuf and the former Home minister Balochistan.

Hearing of the case has been adjourned until July 18. Former Chief Minister Balochistan Akbar Bugti’s murder case was registered in kohlu police station.

While airing its decision, the session court in Kohlu had forwarded this case to the anti-terrorism court in Sibbi through High Court. The case was forwarded on July 4.
