Frank Warren: I will disown Dereck Chisora, if he goes crazy!

Dereck Chisora’s manager Frank Warren is with him for the last seven years but he has promised that he will disowned Chisora, if he goes against the rails against David Haye tonight.

Former WBA heavyweight champion, David Haye, and former British heavyweight champion, Chisora, will lock horns tonight at the West Ham Upton Park Stadium in east London, in a fight which is fuelled with bad blood.

Both fighters literally came down to blows in February in Munich, when they clashed at a press conference which followed Chisora’s twelve round unanimous defeat to Vitali Klitschko.

Chisora had his license suspended afterwards because before brawling with Haye, he had also slapped Vitali at their weigh in. Furthermore, he spat water at his younger brother Wladimir as well before his world title fight.

Therefore, Warren has made it very clear that he is ready to KO his relationship with ‘Del Boy’ because he cannot afford anymore Chisora’s antics.

“I will disown him, there is no doubt about that,” said Warren.

Chisora, who carries a record of winning 15 of his 18 professional fights, with 9 of his wins coming by the way of a knockout, was fined heavily by WBC for bringing disrepute to the sport and Warren reckons this is the last for Chisora to fix his image.

As per the reports, the pair will fight in front of a crowd of almost over 30,000 people and Warren is hoping for a good fight.

“He has had plenty of chances and he knows it. I have supported him, but I won’t go on doing so. Dereck should be aware of that – and if he isn’t, he’s an idiot.

“I have never condoned what happened in Munich. I just hope he has learnt a lesson and grown up and that we have a great fight in front of such a massive crowd.”

Well, all said and done, Haye will enter the ring as a heavy favorite against Chisora today but let’s see if Chisora produces something extra-ordinary to upset him.
