Sunny Leone: People should judge me by how I conduct myself in India

The Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone is the talk of the town at this point in time since her first Bollywood film ‘Jism 2’ has done an excellent business at the box office.

Directed by Pooja Bhatt, ‘Jism 2’ was made with a total budget with of 6 to 7 crore but it racked in an amount of Rs 21 crore in its opening weekend.

Leone, who rose to fame during her stint in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, is now gearing up for Ekta Kapoor’s forthcoming film ‘Ragini MMS 2’, which is a sequel to the 2010 release ‘Ragini MMS’.

Leone is also getting many more offers and she is seriously looking forward to her Bollywood career so much so that she has said that she won’t even do any porn film now.

“I am amazed by the love I am getting from the people here in India. In the next couple of years, I will be busy doing films here. And I am going to give it all the attention possible,” Sunny told reporters here.

“I am improving. I took Hindi classes for 2-3 hours daily. But I still feel that my American accent will probably never go,” she said at a programme organised by Hotel Hindusthan International.

The 31-year-old was all praises for the Bhatt camp as they helped her launching her Bollywood career.

However, Leone thinks she will never be able to shed away the tag of a porn star even if she turns to acting in a relatively conservative Hindi film industry.

While speaking on her inclusion, the adult sensation insisted that she doesn’t get affected by the noises around her.

“Everybody has their own opinion. It is completely fine with me if people tag me that way. This is a completely new world for me. People should judge me by how I conduct myself here.

“But I am not ashamed of my past neither can I change it,” said the actress.
