The renowned Indian filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is currently working on his upcoming film ‘Raaz 3’. The movie is a sequel to ‘Raaz – The Mystery Continues’ (2009), which itself was a sequel to ‘Raaz’ (2000). The previous two films were basically horror movies but Bhatts feels the third instalment is more about inter-personal relationships.

“It is more heart than horror. There is emotional conflict and is more human,” said Bhatt.

‘Raaz 3’, which is being made in 3D, will show how a successful actress starts facing competition from the younger lot in the tinsel town. The film will show how a frustrated and insecure actress, with the help of black magic, destroys the career of other actress and gets the man she loves back in her life.

While sharing thoughts with the media over the film, Bhatt insisted he has seen some examples like this in his real life and he has used his experience in the movie.

“I have come across people in the industry, who covet others’ success, resorting to kaala jaadu. Also, as a kid I have seen this man Ranjan who had suffered some mental stress and used to do black magic. He was an intelligent man but he tried to get greedy and used Satan as his key to success, which cost him his life,” stated Bhatt.

‘Raaz 3’, which will feature the likes of Emraan Hashmi, Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol and Jacqueline Fernandez, will hit the cinemas on September 7.

After this movie Bhatt will get busy with the sequel to ‘Aashiqui’ that is being directed by Mohit Suri.

When Bhatt was asked whether if he has any plans of getting back to direction, he said he will never ever helm a film again because he now wants to encourage new talent.

“I am in a new phase now, encouraging, guiding and helping new talent. I love it,” added Bhatt.

Bhatt camp recently released ‘Jism 2’, in which they feature the Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone. The film was criticised by many initially yet it did fair business at the box office and Bhatt was also happy with the film’s performance.

“Despite the firestorm of negativity, Jism2 has done a great business,” he asserted.
