IHC Islamabad sends summary for formation of six special courts

Islamabad: (Thursday, August 16, 2012) Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has forwarded a summary to Law Ministry for establishing six special courts in the federal capital on Thursday. The final approval for the formation
of the stated court will be taken by the Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf.

While sharing details of this latest development, registrar Islamabad High Court Niaz Muhammad Khan said that the court will appoint the presiding officer through law minister following the issuance of the notification regarding
establishment of six special courts and tribunals.

A federal courts’ complex has already been built for special courts in sector G-11 of Federal Capital.
