Indian model Sherlyn Chopra recently remained under a lot of discussion after she took a dig at the Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone by saying that she is not the ultimate provocation. However, now the playmate says that she was misquoted and she never condemned Leone.
Chopra took the matter to her Twitter page. She apologised to Leone and insisted that she is her number one fan.
She tweeted: “@SunnyLeone Dear Ms.Leone, justso u know, I have never demeaned u on or off camera…never said that you are not the ultimate fantasy….. ”
“@SunnyLeone The truth is that…I’ve been misquoted….Why would I condemn a beautiful, smart, intelligent woman such as yourself????” she added.
Not too long ago, Sherlyn Chopra shocked the whole country by appearing nude on the cover page of a popular men’s magazine, Playboy. She became the first Indian to do and while sharing her thoughts she revealed that Leone was her inspiration.
“@SunnyLeone N lastly…..it is u who’s responsible for my compelling urge to have shot for Playboy….More power n peace to u….ur No.1 Fan.”
The statement which brought criticism for Chopra are stated below:
“Just because Sunny’s a pornstar doesn’t mean she’s set a new benchmark for adulterated erotica. She’s not the ultimate provocation!” she had told a daily.
“Well, ‘pushing the envelope’ isn’t just about skin-show, it’s a state of mind. For me it’s about leading my life with no fear. I don’t have a functional family background, I don’t have a man in my life at the moment and I’m glad I’m leading a life where I’m not answerable to anyone. Kudos to her if she claims to have opened any envelope,” she had said.
Well, all said and done, Sherlyn Chopra is gaining much media limelight these days so let’s see which director signs her first.
In the meantime, we will have to wait and watch how the adult sensation, Sunny Leone, responds to Chopra.
