The indigenous people of Suhar is popularly known as the Jivaro and although it is not known how long but until today, the Suhar inhabit an important region of the Amazon.
More precisely, on the eastern slopes of the Andes, mainly in Ecuador and Peru. Were designated by the Spanish conquistadors Jíbaros the time of the conquest, however, the real name of this tribe is that of Suharto.
They constitute one of the major ethnic groups throughout the Amazon being the most popular and this is because, more than in large part to the ancient practice of head shrinking.They live in huts, have their own language, a set
of beliefs and a patriarchal system very interesting.
The tzantza ritual has a deep symbolic meaning of various aspects. The most important is to paralyze the spirit, it seeks to retain the essence, the soul of the person. Whether or not an enemy, something that is rarely
specified in the material that you encounter.
