The reigning champions were able to register victory in yesterday’s Premier League match after showcasing a crucial comeback.

Pakistan Air Force were on the verge of securing a win against KRL, only to see the Rawalpindi outfit fight back and eventually overcome them in a thrilling 2-1 scoreline.

Tariq Lutfi was quite rightfully pleased with his side’s performance after grinding out the three points, but reiterated that he was going to juggle resources effectively if he was to perform well in the AFC President’s Cup.

“I think we did a fine job today when we beat a fighting PAF twice, in both home and away games. But we are going to use our players cautiously because we have to appear in Tashkent’s AFC President’s Cup finals later this month.”
