Kareena Kapoor, who is considered as the ultimate diva of in the tinsel town, believes Bollywood industry wouldn’t have been complete without Salman Khan.
The 47-year-old Rockstar is on the brink of completing a silver jubilee in the Hindi Cinema and Kareena says the industry is incomplete without a star like Salman Khan, whose latest film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ broke many box office records.
“I think we all are big fans of Salman and he has been my and Karisma’s (Kapoor) co-star. I am really happy with his 25 years because this industry is incomplete without Salman,” the 31-year-old said here.
Kareena is currently awaiting the release of her much-anticipated film ‘Heroine’, which has been directed by Madhur Bhandarkar.
In the movie Bebo will be featured as Mahi Arora, a once successful actress whose career is on the decline. Kareena feels this film is one of the most important of her life.
She told Koimoi.com, “Heroine is going to be one of the most important films of my career. It has been a brilliant platform for me to go out of my ability and perform. And when that happens, you know that you have left no stone unturned. I can’t wait for the film to release and at the same time I hope everyone likes it.”
‘Heroine’ locked many headlines not too long ago because many out there were not happy with the dialogues of the movie. Nevertheless, now things are fine.
When asked Kareena, she said when it comes to real life, she doesn’t have any similarities with the character she has played in the movie.
“Apart from the fact that both Mahi my character and I are actresses, there are no similarities.”
Along with Kareena Kapoor, ‘Heroine’ will also feature the likes of Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda and Shahana Goswami in the lead roles.
Well, all said and done, we all know Salman Khan always rocks at the box office but let’s see how much revenue Kareena generates.
