The iPhone 5, released on September 21 is by far the most advanced and practically and physically upgraded iPhone from big arena at Cupertino, California. Apple has certainly done it again in bringing up the most advanced gadgetry equipped with some new and some upgraded elements both in software and hardware.

The new iPhone 5 hits every spot where users and analysts had written “needed”. A bigger than ever before larger screen, that is even more vivid than the iPhone 4S, faster wireless technology 4G LTE and iOS 6 with more than 200 new features like Passbook, Facebook integration and free turn-by-turn navigation.

The new phone brings in a new hardware factor; it is 18 percent thinner than the last version and 20 percent lighter. The depth factor might not be as noticeable but the amazement of the lightness, you could cut that with a knife. It is the lightest phone the company has ever produced.

The iPhone 4S and 3G weighed at 4.8 ounces, the original iPhone and 2010’s 4 were 4.9 ounces. The iPhone 5, despite being taller and having more components, weighs at 3.95 ounces, almost an ounce lighter than all previous iterations. This suggests in red that Apple tweaked almost every component in the phone to the basic design level. The fact is more than 90 percent of the components in the new phone have been redesigned and many have been reengineered like the in-cell touch screen.

Some analysts are of the opinion that Apple failed to stagger the public with something out of the ordinary. Well, that might be the case that it has been more than two years that we have been amazed at something in the mobile gadgetry industry but everything right now, especially in iPhone’s case fits the bill as far as the usability and application is concerned.
