Corporate Torture

We have always blamed the government for everything that goes wrong with our lives and how much stress their policies have caused us, but the main source of mental torture we fail to realize is right in front of us.

Your job to say the least is the reason you are stressed out all the time!

Corporate stress has become something which can nowadays be regarded as a medical condition and maybe in the future, will require proper treatment.

Presently, more and more people are becoming sick with high blood pressure and such other diseases because of their workplace and the level of problems they are forced to encounter each and every single day.

We blame the government, but we must also remember that the government is like an organisation with different levels of management, just like in the places we work.

Without receiving any sort of motivation and in return, getting constant negativity in everything from the CEO visiting, unreasonable and uncalled for salary cuts along with numerous other issues which seem to be existing just out of the blue, employees
are finding it harder and harder to work with dedication, that is if the drive to work at all is still there.

Most employees, that stay with a company for more than six months, according to a report, have an interest for that job, but after a while, when asked why they leave, resign or are let go, the answer is they refused to work due to the mental pressure/stress
acquired from the management and the illogical policies which constantly change for the worse.

People, who love working and strive to overachieve in whatever field they are in, must be compensated in various ways in order to let them know that the company actually appreciates what they are working for. The biggest way to do so is through monetary
compensation, followed by verbal and motivational recognition.

By repeatedly changing policy, inventing new ideas to pressurize and suck out more work from employees without any form of compensation, companies will not only lose hard working and passionate employees, but be stuck with those ones which are just there
for the money and have no interest in what goes on at all.
