NBP hold Afghan FC in 0-0 draw

The Bankers were able to contain their opponents in Chaman, despite being the away team in front of a hostile crowd.

While the result did not go their way, NBP’s Nasir Ismail was satisfied by the result, claiming that Chaman was always a difficult place to visit.

“Conditions in Chaman are tough. The pitch is not so easy and players are reluctant due to fear of injury. Afghan FC players are used to these conditions so I feel a draw is a reasonable result for us.”

“Muslim FC and Afghan FC are different teams on their home ground. They’re backed by their crowd and their game gets a lot better. I’m proud of my defenders,” he added.
