Gartner expecting extensive market for Smartphones

More than a billion smartphones and tablets will be sold in 2013 out of which 70% of the smartphones will be sold this year, according to “Gartner” a survey which organized a session in Barcelona to discuss the impact of mobility
in business,

"For most businesses, smartphones and tablets will not replace entirely the fish but the ubiquities of these devices are changing consumer behaviour and business strategies, "said Carolina Milanesi, vice president of the company
that conducted the survey.

"In 2016, two-thirds of the labour force will have its own smartphone. The tablets will be a key factor in accelerating mobility companies.” He concluded.

Gartner estimates that this year will end with 13 million tablets sold to companies (more than 100 million between total consumption), and that in 2016 will rise to 53 million (for the year is expected to be sold and more tablets
in the world computers).

Gartner estimates that 56% of smartphones purchased for business in the United States and Europe will be Android in 2016, until the yearend by 34% (in particular, consumer sales are sales of 75% in favour of Android).

Windows 8 will get the third place in 2016, with the largest companies in consumption between particular. Among tablets, Ultrabooks are thought to gain quick share of 39% within companies.
