The Green Shirts will be playing against Nepal and Maldives in February, as they look to prepare for the AFC Challenge Cup Qualifiers that start in March.

“We are hopeful that a final decision will be made about the tours within a couple of days,” PFF secretary Col Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi told said while speaking to the media.

Another debate that seems to have popped up is regarding the foreign players, with many at the Federation claiming that they report for the camp in Pakistan, rather than joining up only during the actual matches.

“The PFF seems to have certain problem as it has started taking input about foreign-based players from the home-based players. I had been contacted by the PFF and asked whether the foreign-based players should come directly for the international matches or they should join the camp for a few days in Pakistan,” a source told the press.
