Protesting Lady Health Workers Split into Two Groups

Currently several lady health workers are having a sit-in in Lahore due to the fact that their demands are not being met. There are several different things which are currently demanding, including the fact that they are currently not being paid up to the mark and they want the government to take strict action.

Due to this fact, Lahore saw several lady health workers sitting outside on the road and protesting against whatever is being done against them.

However, most recently an event took place which has managed to lower the amount of women sitting on the road. The lady health workers who were protesting outside were met by a certain number of demands and now they have been split into two. It is being reported that some of them want to end the sit-in as they believe that the demands have been met while the others claim that their demands are still not met and they will continue protesting.

Sources claim that the Punjab Government sent Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Health Khawaja Salman Rafique to meet the protesting women. While most of them were left satisfied, some of them still want to continue their protest saying that they still want their demands to be fully met by the Pakistani government.
