Pakistan vs. India is back on

It has been confirmed that Pakistan is going to host four of the matches over the next eight years. The report claimed that Pakistan has agreed to play six full series of cricket against India with official backing.

The last time the two played a series was before the Mumbai Attacks which took place back in 2008. This is going to be the first series after the event.

The Pakistan Cricket Board signed a memorandum where they claimed that they fully understand India on the issue and this is the reason why they are going to host four of these series in the next eight years.

A spokesperson from the Pakistan Cricket Board stated, “The Future Tours Program (FTP) for Pakistan between 2015 and 2023 will have six tours with India, four of which will be hosted by Pakistan.”

There have been several rumours where people claimed that both the teams are going to play a series as soon as next year. However, no one really knew that Pakistan will be the host side for the particular event.

The series between Pakistan and India were all suspended due to the 2008 Mumbai Attacks. Pakistan was directly blamed for the horrific incident and all ties were broken.
