Pakistani politics are now like the eternal dance of Africa; fierce, blunt and quite absurd to say the least. Each political party vows to give the nation the same five basic things and they still fail to comply. Whether it is PML-N, PPP or even a dictatorship, they have all faltered is one way or the other since one can’t control the economy, while others can’t control the external pressures.

Pakistan Tehreek E Insaaf, currently the second strongest political party in Pakistan, has emerged from the fog and is planning to show a silver lining for the cloudy country. However, while they are trying to prove a point in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, they have so far gathered no support as people are not quite happy with their propositions and the changes they are trying to bring.

Their leader, Imran Khan, recently claimed that he will be walking towards D-Chowk once again as he is trying to bring awareness in the people to let them know that voting is an extremely important part of the democratic system and if everyone is cheated in this system, then the country can never have a strong leadership.

While few parties are joining Imran Khan in this long march, the others claim that it is an act of stupidity and this should not be conducted. Imran Khan, on the other hand, states that it is impossible for him to retract from this march as he has already made a promise to his people.
