ISLAMABAD: Four days later, today metro bus service has resumed its operations between Rawalpindi and Islamabad, which was suspended due to the protest and sit-in at D-Chowk Islamabad.

Internet and mobile phone services have also been restored at the twin cities which were blocked due to the protest within the certain range where protestors has staged sit-in.

According to the sources, the repair work of metro stations, which were ransacked by the protestors has been started and is expected to complete within this week.

After the successful negotiation with the government the participants of the protest sit-in has been dispersed and left for their homes peacefully on Wednesday evening after an announcement made by their leaders to end the sit-in.

However, the question remains unanswered, who is responsible for the damages and problems caused to the citizens of the twin cities and will they be brought to justice, if yes, when?
