Arshad Khan, famously known as the Chaiwala, recently appeared in an interview and clarified all the rumors which had spread regarding him exiting the world of entertainment.
Last week, rumor had it that Khan has quit the entertainment industry on the insistence of his family, who did not like his recently released music video. In the video titled ‘Beparwai’, Khan appeared with the singer, Muskan Jay.
“Earlier, someone ran false news, I have not left showbiz, I’m still working,” he clarified, stating that he had fallen sick for a few days and has not dropped out of showbiz. Although his “relatives were upset after the music video was released.”
Khan’s cousin, Rizwan Kazmi also confirmed that Arshad will keep on working on his upcoming film which is titled Kabeer. He declined to provide further details however, stating that he is now allowed to speak further on the matter.
When asked about his future plans, Khan said that he plans to work towards social causes in the country.
“When I become somebody then I can do good, and help the poor and make my country’s name proud”
“Insha Allah whatever I do now will be good and the public will like it, and love me the way I have been receiving their love so far,” said Arshad.

Khan became an internet sensation when a local photographer from Islamabad took a picture of him working in his tea-stall. Khan’s green-blue eyes fascinated people and he soon got multiple offers for modeling and acting.
