Dawn Media group is all set to showcase Pakistan’s largest agriculture exhibition

The Dawn Media group is all set to showcase Pakistan’s largest agriculture exhibition in association with Engro Corp in two different cities of the country. According to the official dates, “The Dawn Pakistan Agri Expo” exhibition will be held on 11& 12 February, 2012 at Karachi Expo centre and later on 17&18 at Lahore Expo Centre.

This exhibition will bring closer all the participants from different sectors of agriculture, including agriculture investors, land owners, farmers, government officials, seed distributors, agents, distributors of crops and especially the participants who want to develop Pakistan once again as an agriculture nation. The fundamental importance of agriculture for Pakistan is also the main objective of this exhibition.

All the international leaders in agri business, experts and solution providers of agriculture industries will try to explain the latest cutting edge technologies and the newest methodologies to all the participants that will enhance their struggle for meeting the challenges of becoming leaders in agriculture world.

The exhibition will also cater some other agriculture related key fields including Livestock, Poultry, and Fisheries. A number of  very big agriculture business giants will focus on the agriculture equipment and machinery including, agro processing, packaging, labelling, biotechnology, seeds, planting materials, crop insurance, crop distributors, fertilisers, horticulture, organic farming, and post harvest management.

The Livestock specialists will enhance the awareness of animal breeding, along with animal feed, animal health, hygiene, pharmaceuticals, dairy farm equipments, and farm construction.

Poultry industry has its own importance and the main focus will be given to poultry feed manufacturing, along with poultry farms, hatches, grading, processing, labelling and vaccinations.

One particular section of exhibition will also be providing certain solutions to fisheries industry that is highly neglected in Pakistan. Along with many other issues, the Dawn Pakistan Agri Expo exhibition will also raise the fisheries associations’ relation with government bodies, including fish accessories, fishing boats, marine engines, seafood processing, packaging and export.
