3 most anticipated rock concerts for 2012

Year 2012 is surely up for a wholesome rock assortment for fans and audiences as the genre’s biggest mights set out to conquer stages all across the globe.

With the likes of bands such as Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Coldplay, Alice in Chains, Rage Against Machines and many more; all scheduled to kick off their tours as the year nears; but for a few other ensembles, the gigs have already been billed with much anticipation,
since many of them have already been out of the scene for some time now.

Below are the 3 most anticipated rock concerts set to hit stages in 2012.   

1. Tool

Tool is amongst the few rock bands that has not taken much time to settle on the mainstream media; capturing a major share of the market though their superb compositions which came out with a unique ‘Tool’ touch to them.  

Since the release of their album, ‘Undertow’, in 1993, Tool has already gained heights as well as a loyal fan following – which will now be looking forward to another of the band’s chart topping album, all topped with an imposing show, when they hit stages
next year.

2. Guns n Roses

This will surely be one of the most awaited rock shows for the year – with Axl Rose and his remaining entourage of Gun N Roses getting together, the ensemble is set to hit the road next year, having already earned an exceptional retort during their current
year’s campaign, in support of their album Chinese Democracy.

Bringing in DJ Ashba to their line-up, Guns n Roses are now geared up and ready to kick off their tour as 2012 comes close to a dawn.

3. Matchbox 20

Matchbox 20 comes in as another estranged band, which once ruled the charts through their mammoth hits such as Bent and Unwell.

Retaining the likes of bands such as Pearl Jam or even Nirvana – but don’t forget the band’s own ingredient, Matchbox 20 has already paved a solid ground on the American mainstream music industry.

Although it has not been confirmed as to when the band will come out with a new album, but for now, Matchbox 20 is ready to serve their massive lot of fans when they rule stages through they ballads from albums like Yourself or Someone Like You.
