Saul Hudson A.K.A “Slash” fans, rejoice!

Following the mammoth success of his last year’s solo album titled as “Slash” featuring an all star roster of guest musicians, one of the best electrical guitarists in the history of rock music has unveiled his plans of releasing another album in April next
year.

Described as “Killer”, it is recorded with the same crew of Alter Bridge’s Miles Kennedy- fronted band that accompanied him in the promotion tours of his previous album. Talking to billboard.com, he added

"Based on the relationship that we’ve developed and the chemistry we’ve got going, I started writing material with Myles and the guys in the band in mind. I have accumulated "tons" of new material and have already been in the studio with the quintet to record
the first three of about 20 songs for the as-yet-untitled set”

The album would have been completed by the end of this year, however Miles Kennedy’s absence due to his band Alter Bride’s ongoing International tour is what caused the delay.

According to him, new album would be totally different from last one and will contain tracks that would blow away his fans. Shedding light on this, he said

"It’s very different from the last one, there’s a lot of freedom on this record; it’s very diverse, but it’s definitely the sound of one band with a lot of different ideas. This is probably the most ‘live’ recorded album I’ve ever done, too. The way I like
to do records is rehearse, rehearse, rehears and then go in and get to know the song like the back of your hand and then go in and bang it out. That’s how we’re doing it."

And that’s not it.

Slash would also be working with one of his bands Velvet Revolver this December. The band that disappeared from the scene after the vocalist decided to say farewell to join his former band Stone Temple Pilots.

A busy year ahead for him so all his fans, brace yourselves for some Slash magic next year. The man with the ability to do wonders with electrical guitar is back again.
