Akshay Kumar impressed with John Abraham’s comic acting

Film actor, Akshay Kumar has hailed John Abraham for his fantastic timing in the comic scenes, and said that his Desi Boyz co-star’s laid-back style of comedy is pretty impressive.

Akshay has given a number of hit comedy flicks such as Hera Pheri, Housefull, Singh is Kingg and Welcome, but the ‘Khiladi’ of Bollywood stated that he is still learning the art of witty acting from John.

In an interview to the PTI, Akshay says, "I think John has changed a lot since the time we worked earlier. He has a fantastic comic timing. I feel the way his muscles have flexed up, his comic timing has also improved a lot. In fact, I am learning comedy
from John. His style of comedy is very laid-back. Laid back in the sense, the way he delivers the dialogue is so effortless that it leaves an impact behind." 

John and Akshay have already worked together in the blockbuster movie, Garam Masala that had released six years ago. The two mega stars have once again join hands for another film, Desi Boyz – Rohit Dhawan’s comedy flick that is all set to hit cinemas within
next few days.

Talking about his experience of sharing big screen with John, Akshay was all praise for the chocolate boy, and cited John’s comic timing as quite similar to that of famous English actor, Mr Been.

Added Akki, "I think his comedy is somewhat similar to Mr Bean. He does laid-back comedy, his way of delivering dialogues is very slow…that is another way of comedy. Like Mr Bean has a very laidback style of talking and audience will catch it up. It is
a very great qualification he (John) possesses." 

Akshay was not hesitant to lavish praise on John, uttering that he is a hard-working and good-looking guy who is well capable of entertaining the audience for many years to come.

“It has been six years since we worked together in Garam Masala. I am surprised that all this time no one wanted to do a film with us together. Now we are doing not one but two films – Desi Boyz and Housefull-2,” shared the super
star.
