Katrina Kaif describes ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ as an electrifying experience

Bollywood’s diva, Katrina Kaif, is currently having a high time in the industry. She has some mega hits under her belt but she is especially happy for the kind of work she is getting these days. The 27-year-old actor, who not too long ago danced to chart-busters like ‘Chikni Chameli’ (Agneepath, 2012) and ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ (Tees Maar Khan, 2010), insisted now she wants to do something different.

These days Katrina, who recently played a driving instructor’s role in ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011)’, is participating in Kabir Khan’s much-awaited movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and she is working day in and day out for the film, which is scheduled to hit the cinemas on August 17, 2012.

The stunning actor told the media she is pretty happy for the roles she is getting these days and ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has been an excellent experience for her thus far.

“I just wish I continue to play loads of different characters because I get to learn so many new things. I have shot some really exciting stunts in Ek Tha Tiger. It was an electrifying experience for me. I don’t think I’ve done something like this before,” she said.

Karan Johar’s ‘Agneepath’, which was released on January 26, 2012, stuck gold at the Box Office and broke many records. However, one of the reasons why people flocked to the cinemas was Kat’s item song ‘Chikni Chameli’.

Although Katrina garnered a lot of appericiation for her magnificent dance performance in the song, yet she has no plans to do anymore solo performances at this point in time.

“I’m happy with all the appreciation that came my way for Chikni Chameli. We worked really hard on it. By the time we wrapped up the shoot, I was extremely exhausted,” recalled Katrina.

“But it’s all been worth it. Right now, I’m focused on the two films I’m shooting, and the third that I will start soon. And there are no plans for any other solo song appearances.”

‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is one of the most eagerly awaited films of this year because it will also feature Katrina’s ex-flame and Bollywood’s superstar, Salman Khan, in the lead role.
