General James Mattis and General John Allen to call upon COAS today
Rawalpindi – Wednesday, March 28, 2012: General James N. Mattis, Commander United States Central Command and General John Allen, Commander ISAF in Afghanistan, will call on Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, today.
It is the first high level meeting after Salala incident and will focus on the inquiry into the incident and improvements in Border Coordination Procedures.
According to the sources, the two visiting generals will also discuss the prospects of resuming the NATO supply lines from Pakistan.
