NRO Implementation case; Kaira confirms PM receiving SC Registrar letter
Islamabad: (Wednesday, July 11, 2012) Qamar Zaman Kaira, the Federal Minister for Information confirmed here today that Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has received the Supreme Court Registrar’s letter regarding the NRO implementation
case.
Kaira, who was talking to the journalists after the federal cabinet meeting, said that the Prime Minister has forwarded the letter to the Law Minister for advice.
On July 12, a larger bench of the Supreme Court is going to resume hearing on the NRO case. July 12 is the deadline that has been given to the Prime Minister to submit his reply whether he is going to the direct the authorities
to ask Swiss Government to reopen the corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.
