Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are the talk of the town at this point in time and the main reason behind is their much-anticipated wedding.
It was being said that the couple will tie the knot on October 16 this year but now the plans of their marriage has been postponed. Apparently this wedding will now take place at the end of this year.
There were also many noises in the air about the change in the venue, as many out there believed the wedding will take place in London now. However, when Saif was asked about it, he rubbished all rumours and confirmed that the wedding is not happening in London at all.
“I have not fixed a date for the wedding yet. It is going to be a year-end wedding,” Saif told PTI in an exclusive chat.
Saif said, “The wedding is not happening in London for sure. Rest all details about the wedding I can’t talk as it is our private matter. It is personal.”
As per the reports, Kareena has no intentions of changing her sir name and she will marry Saif as per Hindu rituals. However, there are some rumours which suggest that there will be a traditional nikaah.
Therefore, Saif was asked about it as well, on which the actor replied by saying that “It is a very private thing… I don’t want to talk about it.”
Currently, the 41-year-old, who is a father of two, is garnering a lot of appericiation for his recently released film ‘Cocktail’, in which he is seen romancing Deepika Padukone besides newbie actress Diana Penty.
