Kurram attack leaves two Pak soldiers injured

Parachinar: (Wednesday, July 25, 2012) Two Pakistan soldiers sustained injuries as the terrorists from Afghanistan crossed the border, entered Kurram Agency and launched an attack on the check-post.

According to the military sources, the Afghan terrorists crossed the border into Pakistan and entered the Ali Nagar sector in Kurram Agency and attacked the Nawazish post – one of the security check posts set up by Pakistani forces
in the area located along side the Afghan border.

Retaliating to the attack, the Pakistani forces opened fire on the insurgents. This clash left two security officials injured. The assailants managed to flee back across the border into Afghanistan.
