Arsenal is currently standing at number fifth at the Barclays English Premier League. They are two points behind from their London rivals, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspurs. Besides this, they even have one game in hand against Spurs and if they avail this opportunity, they will enter the top four again.

Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger was delighted after his side win. He is also happy with Arsenal’s current run of form and reflected in the post match press conference:

“It was a difficult game against a good West Brom side who were really up for it. They did fight until the last second and we have shown two aspects of our game today. One that was very in control and with technical quality, and one that is less known – fighting spirit, a resolute attitude and battling qualities that reflect well the spirit we have in our side. I’m very pleased because it was three big points for us today.”

Next in queue for the Red Army is the Norwich City at the Emirates Stadium.
