Nawaz Sharif approves 26-member cabinet

Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has given approval to a 26-member cabinet which will take oath later Friday, sources said.

President Asif Ali Zardari will administer oath to the Ministers and Ministers of state.

According to sources‚ the cabinet is comprising seventeen Ministers and nine Ministers of state.

Those expected to take oath as Ministers and State Ministers are Senator Ishaq Dar‚ Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan‚ Senator Pervez Rashid‚ Zahid Hamid‚ Abdul Qadir Baloch‚ Kamran Micheal‚ Khawaja Asif‚ Rana Tanweer‚ Murtaza Jatoi‚ Riaz Pirzada‚ Barjees Tahir‚ Saad Rafiq Khurram Dastagiri‚ Jam Kamal‚ Anoshe Rehman‚ Saira Afzal Tarar‚ Sikandar Bosan‚ Ahsan Iqbal‚ Sheikh Aftab‚ Usman Ibrahim‚ Sardar Yousuf‚ Shahid Khaqan Abbasi‚ Balighur Rehman‚ Abdul Hakeem Baloch‚ Pir Aminul Hasnat and Sadruddin Rashdi.
