South Africa Crushes Pakistan in the Warm up Game

As the T20 World Cup is about to begin, there is one team that is always considered to be a threat in this cricketing format and that is Pakistan. However, they were surprised by South Africa, who were able to crush Pakistan during the warm up game, as Pakistan is preparing to play against their arch rivals, India, on Friday.

This was Pakistan’s second warm up match right before the T20 World Cup and they were simply humiliated by South Africa.

Hafeez won the toss and elected to bat and Pakistan could only score 71 runs in 17.3 Overs. During this time Umar Akmal scored the highest runs (17) while Sohaib Maqsood scored a 15 along with Ahmad Shahzad who stood at 12.

On the other hand, South Africa were able to achieve this target in only 14 Overs. They only lost their openers, Hashim Amla and Quinton de Kock.

David Miller and Ab De Villiers were the two players who guided South Africa to victory. David Miller was able to score 12 runs while AB De Villiers scored a 20.

Pakistan now has to face India on Friday and the match is being really well-anticipated.
