Cathay Pacific Cancels all flights to Karachi

It was recently reported from Karachi that Cathay Pacific Airways have decided to cancel all flights that were to land in Karachi.

This has happened due to the fact that the Tehreek E Taliban attacked the Karachi airport and by firing rockets and other explosive materials, they were able to terrorize the people who were present inside the airport. Moreover, the runway also caught fire since the army and the terrorists were involved in a cross-fire.

The media covered the situation and the whole world saw how terrorists entered the Karachi airport and terrorized the people who were inside it. Almost 28 people lost their lives in the whole incident, including the 10 terrorists who breached the area by cutting through the barbed wires.

The army took control of the situation but once the terrorists were killed, the next morning there was yet another attack. However, that attack was short-lived as the Pakistani army did not give the terrorists much time to make an impact.

After this the whole situation was taken under control  as the Pakistani army surrounded the area and made sure that the security is tight enough for people to be safe.

However, despite the security being tightened, Cathay Pacific have now cancelled all their flights and will not be coming to Karachi until further notice.
